You can use these forms anytime to keep track of or check your progress. The fewer s
ymptoms you are having or the less severe your symptoms, the more balanced your physiology is becoming. Take them every 6-8 weeks and keep them in a binder to track your progress (or challenges). You can bring them to your appointments.
Remember: even failures and “falling off the wagon” can be useful experiences, as they teach us that the things we were doing were actually helping!
