COVID-19 Protocols

Please reschedule if you have ANY symptoms of cold, flu, or COVID-19. You will not be charged.

It is our policy to reschedule service to clients with cold/flu-like symptoms whether you have been vaccinated for COVID-19 or not. Please also reschedule if you have had close contact with someone who tests positive for COVID-19 whether you or they have been vaccinated or not. Please contact us if you need clarification.

Masks are currently required for all persons while in the enclosed treatment space*. We will provide you with one if you do not have one. *When lying face down in the face cradle, you may remove your mask once the practitioner has departed the space.

The treatment space has an air filter that will be running all day. We will open doors for air flow throughout the day and between patients.

Upon arrival, first, sanitize your hands near the front door area. You can wash your hands in the bathroom.

Your practitioner will cancel and reschedule all visits if she has any cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms (such as loss of taste or smell), or if she has had close contact with any person, vaccinated or not, who test COVID-19 positive. We will work to make-up any missed membership appointments.
