Conditions Treated: I have experience treating a wide variety of conditions especially stress, pain, depression and anxiety, women’s health, and digestive issues.

At this time, I am especially motivated to provide affordable care to those experiencing difficulties associated with hormone imbalances associated with the peri/menopausal process, especially symptoms such as anxiety,  depression and insomnia that can seriously interrupt our ability to function in our lives. Are you 35 – 55 and things feel like they’re falling apart? I know what you’re going through and I’d love to be part of your support team as you move through this major life transition!

Who I work with: People who are willing to work collaboratively and take co-responsibility for their healing process, allowing it to unfold at its own pace. *I do not work with teens/children at this time.

Treatment: Clients will receive private, one-on-one, consultations and acupuncture treatments in my cozy office in South East Portland, Oregon. Ayurvedic consultations generally occur over FaceTime or phone.
